Working with Jim was a real treat.  His collaborative style, excellent communication skills and thoughtful approach to the project made what can be an exhausting experience into one that was enjoyable and rewarding.  The design, performance and functionality of the house have far exceeded our highest hopes.  In the end, being on time and on budget best describes Jim's abilities as both a designer and general contractor.  We can't imagine embarking on another building project with anyone other than Jim.
